Rational tariff backgrounder:
We are currently preparing an updated condensed version of our rationalized
tariff policy recommendations. The DRAFT
document for input is available here in PDF format. This document will continue
as a living document based on developments in the area of tariff and on ongoing
input from the members of Council.
